Driver command that couples the train to a vehicle in the scene. This command is exactly the same as the original couple command except that it allows coupling to any vehicle in the scene, provided that the vehicle allows coupling and that it is free for coupling at the time this command is issued.

NOTE: Same as CoupleToVehicle command in TRS2004
