Originally built as a shed ca 1909 along with the livery sables next door. Converted into an auto camp (motel) probably in the late 1920s / early 1930s. Likely still be in business into the 1940s. Eventually, it fell out of use, and was finally torn down in 2003. The location is now a parking lot.
