This is a condenser unit like you might find on the rooftop as part of a commercial or industrial building's air-conditioning system.

Note that you can also use this as an attached mesh for models you create, thus allowing the textures to be shared among assets. The attachment point is centered on the bottom of the model. The X-axis runs along the length of the model.
