An old abandoned station (or perhaps a depot). This is not passenger-industry enabled (since it's all abandoned and everything :p ). The station's signboard is renamable from within Surveyor (just set its 'Name' using the properties tool).

(The textures are larger than I would like for such a small structure, but these buildings typically are placed rght next to the track and so are highly visible. Feel free to shrink the textures if you don't need all that resolution.)
