A single self storage.

The idea and the textures come from Colin Hadley (a.k.a. Colhad) with permission (see his KUID:50587:271867). I re-created his mesh as a single-story unit (his original was a tall, high-capacity, industrial model).

This release is just an update for TRS2006 (fixes an issue with the KUID).
