This session in based on the Philskene technique: there are no navigation points, no scoring, etc. There is no auto loading of passengers, cargo, etc. You may do manually if you wish. There are a few driver commands which must be issued at various points in the game. If you are in cab mode, I think it will work if you switch temporarily to the mode where you are able to issue them. You are going operate an excursion train for the museum and a brewery tour. (The entire route is only one loop, so you can run around a few times to simulate a longer session. You can also sit in some of the passenger cars).
There is no actual loading or unloading. You have to pretend, as with the passengers, for example.

The city council, in keeping with the brewing tradition of the city, has erected a museum consisting of old brewerey buildings and wood reefer cars.

You will be driving the Milwaukee FM Erie A
After you are driving an engine, Issue the following driver command:
Set S-Variable > StartTrain > set,1

A First Class train will drop off some passenger cars.
Pick up these passenger cars (with the caboose) and place them on the main, and recouple the caboose on the First Class train .
Issue a: Set S-Variable > StartTrain > set,2
and First Class train will depart.

Couple onto the front of the passenger cars and drive in the same direction as the drop-off train took.
Take these cars to the Ben-Hur Freezer Company for stocking and detailing. (Back in).
Issue a Driver Command: Set S-Variable > StartTrain > set,3
and a scenery train will drive by. After is passes, your cars should be ready to go.

After it passes, drive to the old Southland depot (Trackmark: Southland) and pick up the happy excursion clients.
The passenger cars have interiors. The Observation car is particularly interesting.
(be sure to go to the sky lounge in the rear).

Then leave with your passengers for the museum (Trackmark: museum ) and drop off passengers. (pull in forward). Give them whatever time you wish, then reboard.

Drive to the Schlitz Brewery and drop them off for a brewery tour (no drinking on duty for you, of course). (back in).

To continue the session you can also take the excrursion to Pabst and Blatz if you wish.

Drop the passengers back off at the Southland Depot and put the passenger cars in the Humboldt yard somewhere (eg. HumboldtYd#3) .
Take your engine back to the service area where you started.
For an alternate ending, leave the passenger cars where you first picked them up on the siding,
take your engine back to the service area, and move the passenger cars to the Humboldt yard with one of the FM switchers.
