This package contains a Russian AURAN TRAINZ-SERIESAddon (later referred to as 'addon').
Also, this agreement is a binding contract between the end-user, including but not limited to: end-users or any other person or persons who use(s) the 'addon', later referred to as USER, and developers, including, but not limited to any respective directors or agents, later referred to as DEVELOPERS.
This 'addon' is distributed as Freeware. It is provided 'AS-IS' without any expressed or implied warranty. The USER may use this 'addon' ONLY if the USER agrees to the following conditions:
1. In no event shall DEVELOPERS of this 'addon' be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of, or inability to use this 'addon', even if the DEVELOPERS have advised of the possibility of such damages.
2. Under no circumstances, shall the USER use this 'addon' for direct or indirect financial gain without the written permission of: WWW.TRAINZ.RU ADMINISTRATOR(S).
3. The USER understands that this 'addon' is a copyrighted (c) work of WWW.TRAINZ.RU, and the 'addon', in whole or in part, may not be used or included in anything else without the written permission of: WWW.TRAINZ.RU DEVELOPERS
4. Should the USER chose to not to agree by any reason, the USER must delete any and all files of the 'addon' from the USER's storage media, including, but not limited to: Any hard disks, cd-rom disks, and/or other media not mentioned here.
5. This 'addon' is for the USER's personal use only, and may not be sold or distributed in any way, shape or form, or posted at any website without the oral or e-mailed permission of: WWW.TRAINZ.RU DEVELOPERS.
