Place Invisible buffer under graphic version to prevent trams passing through. Necessary because
buffer-speed tag induces mosignal characteristics that stop tram well before buffer.
INSTRUCTIONS
In Wireframe Mode in Surveyor, place point of arrow where tram is to stop. i.e. visible buffer.
