GP15-1 Y-UP lettered for Union Pacific Railroad.

Revision: Corrected front running numbers letter Y light back to white color, rear running numbers I did not change as they are as the original textures, added animated Driver, corrected Speedometer accuracy, updated Engine Sounds, Cabin Muffle enabled, repositioned the Bogies, added Reflections, updated the interior night Lighting, corrected the running numbers night lighting. Thank you David Snow for the Beautiful Art Work on these assets. permission Allowed to Re-Skin and upload to the DLS. Please read the (README) included in the root folder.
