ES44AC Tier 4 Locomotive Hungry Horse RW GE.

Reskinned by Jack Straessle.
Revisions: Patched side vent Screens, added Swivel Couplers (READ THE INCLUDED README FILE)!
Moved the Fuel Tank back to avoid clipping into the Bogies on sharp track curves. Corrected running numbers errors, adjusted body, and bogie height to prevent bogy frame from clipping into the walk area, side screen was not a matched red color.
