Night Interior for ES44AC Tier 4, lettered for SSW.

Revision: Readme file included for all of the contributors.
Added more exterior details to the body.
Nothing is missing, Bogies, Plows, Decals, and Couplers are now visible while in interior mode you can move to the outside of the interior with the arrow keys for a external view,
patched back wall textures, added more exterior details to the body, and plows while in interior mode, repaired the Digital Speedometer readouts, patched texture flickering issues, repaired interior sounds, created left, and right stereo sliding window sounds, aligned Speedometer needles, Speedometers are now more accurate, corrected the Cabin Control errors due to the Trainz Log file errors regarding the Cabin Control Notch Height issues, updated night lighting, and set up Interior for night lighting.
