Interior for KCS GP40-2w Locomotive #2019 no dynamic Brakes.

Revision: Changed front window transparency to be able to see outside easier, added Dynamic Brakes, corrected Brake Pressure Needles, added animated Brake Needles, corrected the Cabin Control errors due to the Trainz Log file errors regarding the Cabin Control notch height issues, updated night lighting, set up Interior for night lighting.
