Night Interior for EMD GP15-1, lettered for Muncey Valley.

Revision: Corrected Brake main pressure, repaired interior sounds, created left, and right stereo sliding window sounds, aligned Speedometer Needles, Speedometers are now more accurate, corrected the Cabin Control errors due to the Trainz Log file errors regarding the Cabin Control notch height issues, updated night lighting, and set up interior for night lighting.
Permission allowed to Re-Skin and upload to the DLS.
