An animated High Powered White Searchlight.

I will be improving these Search lights over time, so watch for more of them in the future for different Colors, and improvements.

Can see these Searchlights miles away, no draw limit and no Perfomance isues.
It does have a script for random animation speeds for multiple placements, but to enhance the randomness, rotate each of the lights slightly when placed.
