Grade Crossing US 2 Lanes 2 Tracks with protypically animated lights minus the gates.

Revision: Thank You to 'Christopher824' (Trainz Support Team) now all Scripts are updated for Trainz 2022 Verifications requirments, repaired Bell Popping and Distortion Sounds, cleaned up Audio. Approved Permission to Modify and Upload to the DLS.
