Grade Crossing US 4 Lanes 2 Track with protypically animated gates and lights.

Please read the instructions located in the main folder for details on added features.

Revision: Thank You to 'Christopher824' (Trainz Support Team) now all Scripts are updated for Trainz 2022 Verifications requirments, repaired Bell Popping and Distortion Sounds, cleaned up Audio. Approved Permission to Modify and Upload to the DLS.
