Grade Crossing US 4 Lanes 2 Track with protypically animated gates and lights.

Updated to Trainz 2019, Build 3.7 Approved Permission to use.
Revision: V6 Repaired Bell Popping and Distortion Sounds, cleaned up Audio. Approved Permission to Modify and Upload to the DLS.
