This is a minimal reskin of Ben Dorsey's work kuid2:210518:300341:1
that includes a LOD mesh for performance reasons and references a bogey with LOD.
This is based on flatcar 100 on the Uintah Railway. It has been set up to accept wool bags held with poles. The two sets of poles hold different wool bags.
