Version 3.0 UPDATE for TRS19 - Requires V3 Controller!
This is a specialised optional trigger as part of the Advanced Traffic Light System, (ATLS). It allows trams or trains operating in LCM/SPL mode to be within ATLS Triggers at Session Start-Up and not get stuck!
