UPDATE for TRS19
This is a specialised invisible signal to control tram traffic as part of the Advanced Traffic Light System, (ATLS). Full instuctions on its use can be found in the Properties Dialogue Box, (Question Mark Icon in Surveyor) or see the consolidated ATLS Tutorial at http://www.boatztrainz.co.uk
This update to improve signal guard feature.
