This a model of a large fictitious industry based on Australian practices. It is a part of the Australian Industrial Estate Pack, a series of nine separate structures intended to provide an Australian 'feel' to any industrial area or simply used to provide an appropriate 'backdrop' for your trains. Unlike other assets in this series, this 'unit' is provided with an internal rail siding, accessed by means of the animated door. Drivers shunting this siding are advised to adhere to the notices located beside the door. Although 'nameless' (in as much as it does not utilise the Trainz 'name' function), the industry can be provided with an identity by attaching the especially created Australian Industrial Estate Sign <kuid2:75943:2025:1>, which can be reskinned to individual requirements.
