Get rid of ugly trains!

Doesn't really perform a run round, just moves the locomotive from one end of the train to the other. Not
recommended for double-headers or tender engines. Warning: Fails if you are in Cab View.

Updated to include a short pause before the run round to allow the train to come to a halt, and after to allow the driver to get a cup of tea.
