A flyable concorde in a British Airways livery (1980-84), startup model. Reskin by Papou with permission.
The real aircraft has a top speed of 2270 kph and an all up weight of 187000 kg.
The aircraft has an automatically operating landing gear and drooping nose. These retract at takeoff speeds set in the script. They lower below the set speeds. The speeds for tilting, fap retraction, droopnose, landing gear retraction and on takeoff may be altered in the string table above - speeds are in kph. Landing speed in the string table is between 0 and 1 as a factor of full speed, not kph.
It does not have an operating interior, but does have various exterior views based on an invisible interior, use the [ and ] keys from the interior view. The aircraft will load and unload passengers at suitable airports.
The aircraft has a number of animations that can be operated by keybpoard keys, or the Aircraft Action Trigger, kuid:76656:24050, when placed on track and set to the correct number:
- start or stop engines - use the B key;
- flare the aircraft for takeoff or landing, V key or trigger setting 3;
- tyre smoke on landing, use trigger setting 4;
- trapping on landing (instant stop), use trigger setting number 9;
- set speed to approx 40% of maximum speed, for landing approach, trigger setting 14;
- night lighting uses the L key, no trigger key ; See my wepages for further details.
