The Camas Prairie is a terrain generated map of the The Camas Prairie Railroad. Originally built in 1909, from Riparia WA to Headquarters Idaho, as a joint effort by the Union Pacific and Northern Pacific railroads. The Camas Prairie was built to tap the rolling, fertile hills of the Camas Prairie and the timber of the forested hills and canyonlands of the Clearwater River.
There are no 'Tiger Lines, shown, but small signs, indicating the location of towns, have been placed along the tracks so that conditions in those areas, (Multiple track, yards, roads ,waterways, etc.) can be accessed from Riparia WA to Laype ID, using Google Maps (as of the date of this upload). The last 9 miles to Headquarters Idaho is single tracked, and will require 2 historic topographic maps, (Headquarters and Jaype). The map has 158 miles of track between Riparia and Headquarters, 3608 baseboards, and covers 722 sq miles. A TrainzMap of the route is available in the content folder. Open the file in Contant Manager, click on 'Edit in Explorer', and look for the Camas Prairie RR Map.jpg
