This session is for Urban IndustRail 8a. All items of rolling stock are on the Download Station and will be installed automatically when the session is downloaded.
It is getting towards the end of your shift. You have just finished switching Picton Classification Yard and are almost ready to return to Picton loco. But it is always thus - here comes the Yard Master, hunched inside his oilskin to keep warm, with his hat pulled down to keep the rain off his face. He hands you a damp piece of paper and says, Chuck, some cars have come off at Armour Meats; here are the Dispatchers orders:
Take 4 flat cars and two hoppers from Picton Classification to MoW Depot.
Load hoppers with ballast, 2 flats with rail, 2 flats with wooden sleepers.
Make up train in this sequence - loco, 2 hoppers, 2 wooden sleeper flats, crane car, 250t crane, crane gondola, 2 rail flats, MoW flat car, MoW caboose.
Proceed to Armour Meat Packing Plant.
Unload ballast, unload rail and sleepers.
Assist crane with re-railing cars.
Return cars to MoW Depot and Classification Yard.
Light engine to Picton loco and sign off.
Class 1 railroad trains will be running at 5 minute intervals.
You are authorised to travel at up to 50mph except in yard areas where normal limits apply.
