This session is for Austral Bay v4a. It uses only Trainz default rolling stock, apart from the animated ATSF log flats for carrying logs (kuid 62941:16309) and the TTX Econo container well cars (kuid 164988:30065). The flat car, well car and associated dependencies are all on the Download Station.
It is 0545 on a crisp cool morning. The sun is just rising on the eastern horizon. You have signed on at the Yard Office at Stevens and have climbed aboard your ATSF SD40-2 that has been idling on the spur track.
As you sip the fresh brewed coffee you read the Dispatchers orders:
Proceed light engine to Fowlis, attach and load two sets of 3 log flats.
Proceed to Stevens, Armstrong and Macdonald.
Climb North Pass. Take right diverge to Acme.
Proceed to Austral Bay. Stop for loco purposes and check for train orders.
Proceed to Chippewa Falls. Unload and leave log flats.
Turn locomotive on the triangle at Chippewa.
Return to Chippewa Falls, attach and load wood chip gondolas.
Proceed to Austral Bay and up South Pass.
Before SevenSeven, take right diverge to Tinkers.
Proceed to VanDenH, stop for loco purposes and check for train orders.
Proceed to Sundermeyer, unload and leave gondolas at paper mill.
Turn loco on turntable, attach and load two sets of 3 container wells.
Proceed to VanDenH, Tinkers and Newcastle.
Unload and leave containers.
Proceed to loco. Sign off.

You are authorised to travel at up to 50mph except in yard areas where normal speed restrictions must be observed.
Class 1 railroad freight trainz will also be running at 10 minute intervals. The Class 1 railroad trainz use the track with concrete sleepers. However, there are many sections of shared track at squeeze points (bridges, tunnels, ... ) and through some yards. You must always give right-of-way to the Class 1 railroad trainz.
