This is a City Limit type sign that can be found all over
North America. The city name can be changed in surveyor by clicking
on the question mark, a yellow star will show above it, then
you can place any name you wish. It looks best if Upper
Case letters are used. This will be found under Region USA
Custom. Enjoy
