A rule for use in AI to send a message command to a helicopter aircraft model to takeoff and hover above the ground, or land again - used for my specially modified helicopters. The H key may also be used in dcc mode for some models.

It is an adaptation of a general message rule by Bloodnok, used with permission.

If you just want to use it, please go ahead. That's why this stuff is released ;)

If you want to publish it on the internet, i.e. on a web or FTP site, you must use my original unmodified package, you must inform me of where the file has been uploaded, and you must not charge for any such distribution.

You will find my scripts are unencrypted. Please feel free to read my scripts, report any bugs you find, tell me anything I could do better, learn from them, and use parts in your own models (with appropriate credit) etc.

Do not just copy the script without understanding it - this will lead to script errors, and premature hair-loss.

If you wish to reskin my mesh, please contact me first. I generally have other skins in various stages of completeness, and two people working on the same skin isn't a good use of developer time - it would be more productive to work on different skins. Some skins may need mesh modifications, to follow changes to the prototype, or to correct texturemapping issues that aren't shown up by previous skins. As aliasing doesn't always work so well on complex models with meshtables and LOD, it may be necessary for a skin to be distributed with a copy of the model, rather than aliased. Where this is necessary, I will distribute the model, giving the reskinner credit for the skin."
