EMD E8 model by JoshEH. TRS mesh updates added by ProTrainz
The Pennsylvania Railroad purchased 75 E8A's between 1949 and 1952, these depict the units as delivered from the factory. By the late 50's, many had received the single stripe paint job, though 5 stripe versions could still be found through the mid 60's.
These were usually found running in A-A or A-B-A configurations (though occasionally as A-B-B-A). Since the PRR purchased no E8B units, they were teamed with E7B's.
