This is a Delaware & Hudson 46 ft. special gondola car for shipments of cement in air activated containers. Both the car and the containers were made by American Car & Foundry in 1942. The containers are each 22,000 lb. And can be unloaded by an air hose and a discharge hose so the containers can remain in the car. The car has holes in the sides for the hoses and the floor has angle guides and more guides on the top chord to prevent side shifting. This car is setup for cement only and has seaeon snow, Numberit, and CMTM.
