Reskinned following the licence of, and with the permission of Vulcan who created this model. This is his GATX 40 Ft 3 Dome Tank Car of older design. I have reskinned it via an old paintshed skin. Thank you Vulcan for granting me permission to utilize your mesh for my reskins. This is as a Phillips Tank Car. I have also added a 'tanker view' (interior plus cameras) based on Jim Wards Brakeman view mesh and work. This is also utilized following the Jim Ward license. Thanks to both Jim Ward and Vulcan.
