Boston & Albany received ten light 2-10-2's from the USRA, class Z-1, #1100-1109. After the purchase of the 2-8-4's, these engines were seen as too slow to keep up and they were sold, first to CCC&StL in 1926, then NYC proper in 1927, then to Canadian National. Tender for USRA Light 2-10-2.
