Pittsburgh & West Virginia actually had two GP35's on order in 1964 when Norfolk & Western took over. They arrived in 'Pevler blue' with N&W lettering and numbers, 1300 and 1301. This model is based instead on my belief that P&WV, Western Maryland, and Wheeling & Lake Erie should have merged. Requires Jointed Rail's F7 bogey.
