This object is a baggage cart that was common to railroad stations throughout the United States and is still in use. This cart is designed to set on the NYC Depot's ramp that is 12 inches thick. If you downloaded the NYC depot, look for the open doors into the baggage room. On my layout, I placed some of the carts inside the baggage room and some on the ramps. KIND scenery
