The L&N #419 4-8-2 Mountain is a fictional roadnumber of the USRA Mountain Type Locomotive owned by nearly every major railroad at the time. Prototypically, the L&N steamers burned coal, but this is an oil burning tender. I trust you'll use your imagination.
