This is one of the staircase parts of the bridge kit, a piece that is designed to allow access from the middle of the bridge directly to ground level (for employee access into a yard, for example), of a typical VR timber picket design Footbridge. The Footbridge comes as a kit with various parts (nine in all) that enable the user to construct a complete bridge in almost any conceivable configuration within the confines of the original VR design and construction. The kit is intended for use in Trainz versions TS2009 and above.
