I reskinned this according to Dave's steps below. Rusty old Water Tower with handy town name file for reskinning. Just open the file Art 2 Town Name, copy the artwork at the bottom and paste over the town name art at the top and rename to whatever town you want. Save file as the same name and commit. May be reskinned. Freeware.
