Independence Hall in Center City, Philadelphia, with nightmode. This is where both the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution were adopted, although it began existence as the State House of Pennsylvania. Completed in 1753, construction began 21 years earlier, with financing and building done piecemeal. It has undergone numerous restorations since then. As with the other landmark buildings I've released, this version is the main one that can be used as close-up scenery; a high-res version is available upon request (atlhough the quality is virtually indistinguishable from this one) and is intended mainly for reskinners, and a low-res version meant to be used only as distant scenery e.g. to make a skyline.
