Loews Philadelphia Hotel. Considered the first modern skyscraper in the U.S. when built, this 1932 masterpiece stands at 36 floors (492 feet high, 750 feet with the antenna.) It was originally called the Philadelphia Savings Fund Society and bears the namesake on it's top in neon. As with the other skyscrapers I've released, this version is the main one that can be used as close-up scenery; a high-res version is available upon request (atlhough the quality is virtually indistinguishable from this one) and is intended mainly for reskinners, and a low-res version meant to be used only as distant scenery e.g. to make a skyline
