This 40-floor, 500 foot Philadelphia office tower was completed in 1987. As with the other skyscrapers I've released, this version is the main one that can be used as close-up scenery; a high-res version is available upon request (atlhough the quality is virtually indistinguishable from this one) and is intended mainly for reskinners, and a low-res version meant to be used only as distant scenery e.g. to make a skyline.
