A step-top 5 chime used by the Southern Pacific. This whistle is a shop-made job, built in the SP's Sacramento, CA shops. I believe this whistle was a copy of the Star Brass short whistle. I recorded this during the Whistle Blow in Youngstown, OH, 2018.
