NS 2801 Kreupele Marie

De Kreupele Marie is een Nederlandse locomotief die in 1962 werd gebouwd. Met haar 1400 pk was het een van de sterkste locomotieven van haar tijd. Een maximale snelheid van 100 km/h was voor die tijd zeer acceptabel. Helaas was het geen betrouwbare machine. Reeds in 1968 werd ze buiten dienst gesteld om uiteindelijk te worden gesloopt.

In dit model heeft de locomotief reeds de in 1963 geplaatste schoorsteen op haar lange huif en is de machine voorzien van strepen.
