I made this physic several years ago as I felt the current NR physic was massively over powered in the field shunted and low to mid notch range, the current locomotives can produce between 110kn to 130kn at 80km/h while the old NR Physic is set to 240kn at the same speed, of cause this is all guess work and if you feel it needs some changes make a discussion post on Victrainz.
