Physic for the South Australian Railways 620 Class Steam Locomotive built 1936, when stantionary use the blower to keep the pressure up, nominal pressure is 160 for 80% and 170 for 85% Boiler Pressure, cut-off range is 75 to 25%.
This physic could be used for small size Pacific locomotives such as USA or other Countries that are similar in power, mainly suited for 5ft6in dia driving wheels, smaller wheels increase tractive effort, larger wheels decrease tractive effort (this is controlled with the bogie anim-dist and not with the cylinder volumes), this physic will take 420 tonnes to 50mph on 1in100 or less and 200 tonnes to 20-30 mph on a 1in45 or less.
Notes: Brake pressures are setup for Australian pressure specs, this should be cloned and pressures set to your needs.
