SP 5360 -> SP 3819 -> SP 4326 -> WPRR 1851 -> PNWR 1851 -> HESR 1851

In service from approximately December 1994 through November 2009 - starting on the Willamette and Pacific, but lettered for the Portland and Western by around 1998. Out of service Nov 2009 due to prime mover failure and broken crankcase. Trucks to PNWR 1501 Aug 2011.
