This is your pump house for the Branchline Water Tank, kuid:371339:27004.
It fits at the back by the ladder and is centered to the tank itself.
Just thought I'd add this for the fun of it.

WARNING: I have a pretty big computer and like to add details to me creations so,
the poly count may be a little high for low end PCs. (850)
