A throw-over ball lever that controls a 2-state junction. The lever is normally operated by a safe-working officer (SWO) avatar (see the 'SWO Controller Rule' kuid:96148:94051). When the relevant avatar is active in the yard in which this control is placed, AI drivers cannot control the junction.
A naming convention is required so that each junction in a yard is linked to the yard's avatar. If the avatar location code is <location code> then the ground point lever must be named <location code>_TPL_<sequence>, where <sequence> is a lever sequence alphanumeric. For example, if the avatar location code is 'CNJ' then a valid point lever code is 'CNJ_TPL_04'.
