A 6ft hardwood gate that matches spline asset <kuid:368725:30205> 'Australian hardwood residential fence'.
By opening each asset instance's Properties editor, the user can pose the gate OPEN or CLOSED and make the gate's hanging post VISIBLE and INVISIBLE.
Normally the hanging post is provided by a terminating post of a fence spline, so this gate asset's hanging post is invisible by default.
