A hooded incandescent light, mounted on a 20-foot wooden pole. Used for illuminating station platforms in NSW in the mid 20th century.
This is a variation of <kuid2:368725:20078:1> 'NSWGR station platform light, pole mounted, no sign, single light'. It is intended for external reference by station platform assets to provide lighting on the platform.
'light.lm', with a 4-level LOD, is referenced to establish the light in a turned-off state . At night, the light is turned on by referencing 'light_night.im' while maintaining the visibility of 'light.lm'.
When placing the attachment point for a light on a model station platform, set the point's height (Z axis) valut to equal the height of the platform.
