This rule shows weather status on screen and allows weather changes to be controlled on-screen in Driver. Changes from one type of weather to another are done by Trainz Exterme Changability algorythm so we get mostly smooth transitions. The user has a choice of rain or snow. Works in TRS04 and TRS06.
